My name is, Lou Keeter. My husband, Paul, and I have pastored the Rivers of Living Water Church of God in Fayetteville NC for the past 31 years. We have two children Brad and Amy, son in law Chris, and two granddaughters Ava and Lucy.
Four years ago, I was driving back home with my friend, Mayra, from a trip to Greenville, NC. I had my cruise set on 70, which was the speed limit. I was in the right lane and decided to merge to the left. There was a car in my blind spot, and I tapped the back of its bumper as I moved to the left lane. All of a sudden, I went sailing back across the road over in the median hitting 10 guard rail post. Finally the impact stopped my car. It happened so fast all I could say was, “JESUS.” When the dust cleared my friend, Mayra, and I got out of the car without a scratch. The car was totaled. The only place not damaged on the car was the top of the back hood. Someone said, “that must be where the guardian angel sat.” The other car had minimum damage and the driver was fine. I know God was protecting us that day. I thank Him for his goodness and protection.
